Topic #74298 10 posts Started by WORK4POOP
Here is a prototype of a carbon fiber door card insert I have been working on. Right now it is getting close to production status and I just wanted to get some feedback from y'all. I think they are looking pretty sweet.
I think that looks amazing man! Love your work, wish I had money to buy some of it haha.

just curious how does the door card come out on our cars?

The door card does not come off. I made a piece that works as an insert. There is no damage necessary for installation, just double stick tape.

I could also make plain ones...
id do the whole door you can really tell how worn the rest of the door is now
You should do the entire peice that goes down from the door release to the bottom of the handle...

... I would buy that. wink.gif

PS - I also think you should work on an interior bundle deal... rather than individually sell the peices, sell them all together as a kit!

Do you mean the handle? Some of you think a whole door is a good idea? In any case I think this is going to be the last piece I make for the 6th gen. You all say you like the parts but have trouble with the price. I try to keep costs down and I know how things are going with money... but maybe I should make parts for cars that are younger than 15yrs.
