Torque of the strut bracket? - 6G Celicas Forums

I have new shocks and I would like to know what is torque for two bolts which are attaching strut to the steering knuckle.

I just tightened until I could not tighten anymore. Used a long cheater-pipe too.
224 isnt that much, Well, it is, but its not. And that number sounds right (i've got it listed around that amount).
Wrong listing!(on my end) Your right, the ftlbs is 113 for the front strut to knuckle.

Is it possible to do exact torque without a torque wrench?

Pretty sure it's not. An impact drill was used on mine, but I assume you'll be fine if you just tighten them as much as possible.

I hope so! Because I didnt use a torque wrench, just tightened my ass off. Hope that will keep them im place!
