oklet see how far this goes!! this thread is for us who had ideas for our celicas that never actually folowed thru because they were really dumb and corney or just not right, and if u did soomething to ur car and now regret doing. ill start.


i was cleaning up some junk in my shed, garage, out back in junk pile room, u name it parts were there. anyway i stumbled across 2001 honda civic bumpers. front and rear.( now were i live its honda or toyota just proving who is better) but my bright idea at the time was to mold these bumpers into the celicas bumpers. take a look. so dumb and out of the question!

this thread may be a fail but its a fun shott

i almost got rid of my celica in order to put a down payment on a yaris..

I did all my dumb ideas to my celica....and i lubs them all.

I had also exhaust wrapped my exhaust manifold with it still on the car lol and didnt clamp it down or even wrap it correctly.

This thread is hilarious. Should be renamed to Celica Epiq Fail Ideas. I remember when I was in High School. I thought my ST would walk an Evo someday...

Taking off my spoiler, back when I was on steelies and stock height, because I thought it would look good.

Changing the Fuel filter after swapping the engine and not before, with an empty bay. I said so many bad words and spent so many hours and sustained so many cuts.

It had never been changed.
Learned a lot in 10 years...I hardly log in anymore, last loginToday Sept 6 2019, and I was forced just to clarify a post. LOLIf you PM me and I dont respond, dont fret or cry. lol well not sure what to sayy hhaah i guess take it off and put it were it belongs and use "clamps" so its tight

Dumbest thing im pretty sure i ever even thought about was dropping a H22 Honda engine in and turbo it, Or thinking of putting in the Nissan SR20 but not the RWD the one that comes in some Infiniti in Japan thats sideways and FWD.

holey crap. first off!! honda and toyota no good together except for the turbo header made of cast for the 7a from the honda lol.
next i prefurr cashew nutss. and poss rollign the fenders would have been lil clean er ehh? looks good though guess u can say it was a weight reduction modd hahaha

as for the supra front its great idea but poss a paint job ud be sett

Mine was to buy a 20v 4a-ge, make if 7a-ge and then turbo it or go with a supercharger (and till here nothing too stupid, maybe one day i will even do it). The epiq fail was thinking that the awd transmition from gt-4 will directly bolt on the motor and the car...
