Sad thing...engine broke down, any suggestion on a new engine? i was thinking to get a stock engine back, then i can use the same tranny and mounts.

my budget is 1500 CAD and my car is a 1996 celica gts.

any idea? me? i have no idea, thats why i need help from you guys

A 3sgte may run you more than your 1500 CAD budget.

Mine was about 1900 CAD, shoved in the back of my Celica and brought back and well I still needed a bunch of other parts such as the intercooler, exhaust, wiring, and etc...

If you need the car sooner than later, stick with getting a 5s, otherwise be prepared to wait with a 3s.

for 1500- direct swap out. unless you find some ubbeAwesome deal... otherwise, normal swap'll run you 2-4k (depending on who and HOW MUCH you know.)
