it was not my fault she was trying turn left while she was on the right lane its not just the rear bumper to fix it i would have to take out the whole quater panel which is quote around 5 grand

That's the weakest 5 grand damage I've ever seen. Looks like they just got your front bumper and tore your trunk lining...taking off the rear quarter wasn't that hard I thought, I've had it done before...
