So I did a search and didn't come up with any topics related to this, but is it possible to replace just a portion of the front seats? In particular, the lumbar or backrest portion. My drivers side his some wear and I found a perfect seat at the yard, but it is the passenger side. I have never really worked with the seats before so any info would be appreciated.

I did the same exact thing, they interchange with no problem. Just search on here for tips on how to take the seats apart.
