alright my car for the past 2 years has been shooting oil under the hood above the belt on the passenger side, recently it started leaking oil on the ground, well two days ago i changed the valve cover gasket and it is still shooting it up under the hood, what could this possibly be?

either your camshaft or crank shaft seal. Those seals are leaking oil onto your belts which fling the oil up onto your hood.
