i know its frowned on to post listings from craigs list and e-bay but i think this might be worth a look, i would buy it myself if i had $500 laying around....

cost to repair is more than the car....i checked it out...pretty banged up...buy this for $500 and spend another 3500 to bring it up back to life....rotors, brake, engine, body work....too much to repair...oh yeah...you can't get the title from them because they bought it off a guy who sold it to them but ran away with the title and the cherry on the ice cream is: he's still the owner of the car....too much paper work....

i would have to say its worth 500$..the rims alone will go for 200 at least..

I would not recommend buying this car. If you spend money on it and real owner suddenly shows up with cops at your doorstep you will take the heat and not the seller because you will have no tangible evidence that you did not steal it.

Abandoned property laws differ from state to state so only way to transfer full ownership rights is to file appropriate paperwork which can take anywhere between 6 months to a year.

Either way you dont want to find yourself in a position where you have spend money on it and parted out the car to then be charged with theft and other appropriate charges.

Now if seller had a title... 500 may not be so bad.

i went to talk to the family....they DON'T have the title and they will not be responsible to get the title, you will have to do it. Plus the guy whose name is still on the title as the owner has fled, better off finding Carmen San Diego than where that guy is. too much problem drifting with it. the rims are pretty crappy....that's why the photo is at night. biggrin.gif painting on the car is horrible....some guy did it and painting over everything...the washer nozzle....the lining...interior is scratched and crap in my opinion.
