I am testing waters on my 1994 Toyota Celica GT. I found a ’06 2500 Cummins that I want.

The car was bought from a Toyota mechanic. I have had the car for a little over 2 years and has not disappointed me. Right now the price is $4,000; with everything that is done to the car it is a steal of a deal. I have most of the receipts from major maintenance. If you have questions pm me first then we can talk by pm, email or phone.

Here is what is done to the car…
>>1.>> New sunroof (old one had a crack in glass)
>>2.>> New windshield
>>3.>> Megan Racing Coilover Damper Kits - Street Series (Model Number : MR-CDK-TCE94)
>>4.>> New brakes all around (ATE PremiumOne Slotted front rotors & Brembo OE replacement in the back w/ Hawk HPS Street pads in the front and rear). Even new parking brake pads.
>>5.>> Last oil change done with Royal Purple and K&N Oil filter.
>>6.>> Headliner was redone with a plaid fabric and so was the shift boot.

The AC blows cold and the heater nice and toasty. Gets around 24mpg in the city and 30mpg on the highway (70-75mph) with cruise. Has a Pioneer head unit and speakers all around, plus a mp3 player plug-in. When the car was bought it had/ still does have wheels from a Scion, 16” and Dunlops.

I am sure that I am missing a few things, just ask me. Thanks for looking!

Oh, one more thing has about 184,xxx miles. I will get a more exact number today.

This seems high for a 94 with 180k+

Has the second timing belt/water belt replacement been done? Life on the tires?

It does look like you took care of her though. GLWS.

The guy I bought it from I did do the timing belt. The wheels are Scion hub caps and steel wheels (only about 2 years old). I will check life of tires and exact miles.
The milage as of today is 184,887. I dont think that these Dunlops are the greatest here they are...

how hard was it to remove the sunshade from the sunroof?

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the hardest... I give it a 7 just because of the time invested. You have take away the side panels/ trim, then pop off the roof panel, unbolt the sunroof assembly, carefully remove it, carefully the 2 rubber stops held in by 2 screws, remove the little handle held by 2 more screws, and then wiggle it out from the back or pry up from the center and let the side pop out from the sliders. Hope this somewhat helps.
Dope headliner, and I guess that makes two of us wanting to have cummins powered trucks! GLWS

LOL. I like people on craigslist who leave a phone number for you to call dont answer the number, you leave a messege, and still dont call you back rolleyes.gif . But maybe I should calm down just a little I called at like 2pm yesterday.
Thanks for the comments guys!
Here is a comment from the the guy I bought it from...
"The car also has a newer clutch, and brass shifter bushings, which replaced the ****ty factory rubber ones. I am the one that he purchased the car from. Of all of the older celicas that I have owned/driven, this one was by far one of the best running after I fixed a few minor things when I first purchased it. If I had the cash, I would buy it back. Good luck with the sale."
I might be willing to drive a few hours to meet with the buyer.

Anyone know of someone selling a 2006-early '07 2500 5.9L Cummins?
