Any snowboarders out there? hola back for shreddin it up lol...

Pretty bummed out, the only mountain in Saskatchewan is closing next month...
I kinda ride, not much though. I started when i was like 13 and went off a home made jump off a stump, jump gave out and resulted in 8 staples in the back of me head and a bloody stump.
BANNED. for life, you moron.
have u been to asessippi on the yellowhead hwy? they just opened up a few runs this year and i spent a good 3 days there last month while renting a cabin. usually we drive to a small town in North Dakota 200 kms away for one day of boarding... i run on mostly burton gear except my boots are k2's.

yes ma' am i do. I wish i could find a reverse camber/rocker board but having size 15 boots is no good, like 2-3 inches of toe drag

I live in winnipeg manitoba and ride almost every day. Our local hill is basically a tiny flood way about 200 feet tall, but its got a sic park, Im really into hitting street rails and all that too, i can post pics/ videos if anyone wants to check it out. I ride last years DC PBJ 149 with technine bindings and 32 lashed boots from last year as well.

I ski..... but I've been talking about learning how to board a LOT lately....
I snowboard about 1 or 2 times a year and i'm on ancient gear that I got at a swap meet back in like '97 or '98
149 K-2 spire board
Switch step-in bindings
vans boots
Last year I picked up some columbia pants for my honeymoon in Mont Tremblant, Canada. That was a great trip.

I live at the base of Crystal Mt. so I go up a handful of times each year. No real park up there, but tons of backcountry riding, which is my favorite.
Gear:
Ride Tempest 156
Ride LX bindings
Palmer Disciple 149
Flow Flite III bindings
I passed the Ride on to the Mrs. and I ride the Palmer. I find that a smaller board in deep powder provides me with a challenge, whereas my larger, wider board skims the surface like butter. Drops are also easier because I don't have a bigger board to worry if my tail is going to catch a rock.
I'm not sure if there are any pictures of me doing my thing. Cameras are generally my last concern in backcountry, and I don't like stopping in a couple feet of powder if I don't have to.

I basiacally ride park every day due to where i live, there is no mountains or anything just a hill with like 7 rails and 5 jumps. Its fun though, i love riding park, i'd love to ride in the moutnains all the time too, but the park is not bad so i don't mind it.

95celica you ever hit up mt. hood? I went there this past summer for a week and boarded at windells next to high cascade on the palmer glacier. Deff a great time just boarding in a long sleeve t shirt.
I've tried raisers but it didn't work. So i got my self a Venture Zephr 162cm and with a 28cm waist. It's not a park board but i make due with it.
