Hopefully you guys don't find it unfair if I put my own car here.

'97 ST...auto (). This car is my baby through and through. It's my first car, and I couldn't be much happier. It was bought new in New York and probably owned by an old lady who only used it for groceries, so it only accumulated 66,545 miles from '97 to '08, when I picked her up (currently, she has 80,7xx). My plan is to make her as sleek and clean as possible, mostly doing only OEM mods. After recently lowering, next on the list are splitters and some other small cosmetic touches. Also, I'd like to do a manual swap and then potentially some form of swap or alternately, a 7A-FTE setup. Regardless of future direction, I will try my best to keep the car in its current condition and strive to continue to care for her.

Good idea, but anyone can really access a member's profile easily if they wish to see more pictures. The criteria for CotM is based on the submitted picture and description anyway.

Quite frankly, I'm surprised I've gotten any votes at all. I expected none, I just figured I'd throw my car out there since I've got potential buyers coming to look at it today. Tiga and Rusty are very close! Both great cars, most likely the first and second Celicas of the Month!

You've got my vote, and I'll add that I FULLY expect that picture in high-res to be submitted for the calendar. In fact, I'll put it out there that that photo is cover quality. Absolutely amazing shot!

Edit: Actually for that matter, will you email me a high res of that photo anyway? I'd love to have it as my wallpaper for my giant monitor at work, where I can really admire it fully!

Which is exactly why I voted for Tiga's CoTM and not Pipes', because I think with the major build that's gone into that car, it should be a Featured Ride. Just my opinion though.

celica of the month or featured ride... honestly guys i was content with the fact that people belived the conversion was actually done and working.... but tiga that shot is awesome.... hopefully you will be able to shoot my car one day

In the future, I will create these threads on the first of the month previous to the namesake of the thread (April CotM thread on first of March, etc), allow THREE weeks for submissions, and then create the poll ONE week before the months ends. The winner will be announced on the first of the month. I will allow stragglers to submit up until the poll ends.

If anyone has any objections/comments, let me know.
