I have a '95 ST hatch and I want to know if I can replace the rear drums so I can have new rotors all the way around?

So you want to put drum brakes on your car or just put new shoes on your drum brakes?

No, I'm wondering if there's a way to replace the drums and make them discs like the front

Gotcha. Just wanted to clarify what your question was. I meant to ask if you were putting DISC brakes on your car or just working on your drums, but I worded it wrong and asked about drums twice. The answer is yes, you can. It's decently pricey, but when somebody parts out a Celica GT on here, they usually sell the disc brake conversion for the rear.

Ohhh alright I'll definitely keep an eye out for that. Do you think you can give me like an estimate on price if I go do it myself?

It depends. Basically all you get out of the GT is the mounting brackets and the calipers. You're gonna wanna buy new pads and rotors. (maybe not rotors). People usually sell the set of stuff for $150+shipping. Then new rotors and pads can be like 200 if you get really lucky. But just look for pads and rotors for your price, then add $200.

Wow that's great! I was expecting it to me a lot more. Thanks a lot!
