The power steering belt was just changed but it still cuts in and out while im turning and it screams loudly as well, any suggestions?

I have a used one. I thought mine was going out but it turned out to be a bad new belt, I replaced it with a different brand and it's been fine since. If you interested I could part with it.

You full of p/s fluid i know its stupid to ask but you never know. Is the belt pretty tight on the bump to the crank also?
