1. No, it's not under pressure
2. Sure, but you won't be able to remove all of the fluid.
3. Yes you can, you'll need a open wrench like this one to avoid any damage:

Only you need a size 10
4. Sure, but you'll only have your handbrake.
5. Yes, as long as you bleed the system properly.
6. Pressurize the brake system by pumping the pedal, open the bleed plugs on the caliper to let air out. repeat this several times until no more air is coming out.
Start with the longest brakeline and work your way to the shortest one. So first right rear, then left rear, right front, left front.
