im asking this because about 5 month ago i bought a full lip kit for my hatch and the skirts didnt fit...it needed to be longer..

thats because (perhaps you got a FB kit) are mostly replicas, they are not test fitted and molds of molds. hatch and coupe use the same side skirts, it is pretty evident everyone here for example uses the same OEM side skirts on either type.
