For the celicas, yes.
It is not that hard to do, every hipster/VW owner is doing it. Now the honda kids have joined in and once the honda kids do it you know its kindergarden level work.
Now, all the OP said was wire tuck. If he wants to do a full on Bay tuck I can go into further details on relocating everything. But on a stock car I find it pretty pointless as it is not going to make your life easier when working on the car. You will need to pull the motor for this to happen though.
