Both celica's I've owned have had broken, wobbly center console lids. It annoys me. So I went to the dealer and ordered this:




A new lid hinge and it cost $19. Now my center console lid opens smooth, straight, and firm.



very easy to swap out,

4 screws, and less than 5 minutes

I just filled the screw holes with wood glue, put the assembly back together, wiped away the excess wood glue, and it worked perfectly. Same amount of time, less money

But you don't get that special feeling you do when you put new own parts on your car!

Or if you're cheap, I guess you could get the special feeling of saving money?
