I know that you guys probably have talked a lot about this, and probably bored talking about it again. Please bear with me, I am new to this forum. I want to swap in a 3sgte ST215 Fwd turbo. You think its a good swap for my 97 Celica ST. Also how hard will it be to throw in. I would really appreciate your tips and hits.
Thanks
There is a thread in the Forced Induction stickies that outlines the swap into a 97 ST

1991 MR2 - T-tops - Crimson Red - Gen3 3SGTE - Lots of moneyI'm not really an asshole, but I play one on the internet.**** Photobucket
st215 = AWD transmission + Gen4 3s-gte.
You need a new transmission for the gen4 3s-gte. e153 or s54 (v6 camry/solara tranny OR 6gc manual tranny)
then its just a standard 3s swap which are are 1000's of threads about.
being a ST the motor mounts change!
