Hey guyz I wonder how much cost a rebuild kit for the E153 08/93 to 1999 (Double synchros on 2nd, 3rd, 5th... w/LSD)
And where could I find that kit if my gearbox would need one a day??
Syncros at toyota OEM costed around 500 a piece. At that price I'll just find a used transmission. Maybe a brand new one would cost much less.
brand new from 1sttoyotaparts.com is $2,310.48US which is a best deal than rebuild an old one at 1172$+labor (and the kit doesn't overhaul the LSD and gears)
