I just tried to VPN into work to do it but I just got a new computer and didn't update the name. I can do it tomorrow.

What version of adobe do you have. Standard version does not allow changes. You can do 2 things. If you do have a scanner then you can re-scan your pdf but be sure to save it with OCR setting on. OCR essentially attempts to convert any recognizable characters into text. Dont hold it 100 percent true and be sure to double check. Also some adobe products can recognize ocr.
