what are the pros and cons of fitting Blacktop 4age 20v pistons in an Silvertop motor...

Is it just best to fit Silvertop pistons again?

ps. Have to bore, thus my question...

Its probably not worth the hassle. The Blacktop doesn't make much more power than the silvertop to begin with, so boring to fit the pistons isn't going to yield much of a gain


However, if you bore out the silvertop and use Blacktop connecting rods and pistons it might be worth while.
