Topic #69115 5 posts Started by rheyx
when i make a right turn signal it keeps blowing up the fuse . left turn signal is ok and fuse is good. Some body have similar problem like this ? please help
if I am correct. it would be the power wire shorted to ground.
mine did this for a bit, took out the tail lights and cleaned the wiring up a bit, replaced a bulb too i think and that was all.

does it blow if you put your hazards on?

mostly are they on the sockets? i tested them and they have continuity with the power off , are the sockets terminal ( positive and negative ) normally have continuity on them?

i isolated the problem and its the right side tail lights specifically the turn lights thats causing the problem. i pulled off the harness of the tail light and tried to make a right turn signal ( just the front lights ) and it turn out ok.
