Pretty new to celica's and messing with cars in general

Had mine a couple of months and i've been looking at air filters/induction kits.
Can anyone offer me a bit of advice on this one: http://www.racerbits.com/servlet/Detail?no=531

I didnt want to spend loads on one but this seems ridiculously cheap.
On a positive side it has the hole to insert the temperature sensor, which makes it attractive to me as I havent done any mods to a car before.

I have a 1999 1.8 7A-FE engine if it helps.
