IT will fit witjh no issues, the holes to bolt it down are there from factory.
no to thread jack but is there a difference between the st202 and st205 c-one front strut tower? The product# is different but i can't think of any reason why not the same.

from my knowlege there are two different c-one strut bars. One is 3 point and the other is 2 point. the 3 point strutbar can be used on both st202 and st205.
the 3 point strut bar is raised in the middle to clear the 3sgte top mounted intercooler. You cannot use the 2 point ( bar that goes directly from one side to the other) on the ST205
