i found a 5th gen 3sgte front clip. will all the parts fit into my 6g? such as fuel pump and things like that. better question, if i purchase a 5th gen clip, what will i need to purchase along with it to swap it into my 6g?

you mean a 5th gen celica with a 2nd gen 3s-gte(225hp, ct-26). no such 5th gen 3s-gte.
2nd gen 3s-gte will always be cheap, 30 less HP and a cheaper turbo.

local clips in canada go for roughly 2000$ USD, engine alone is 1500 USD
