The anodizing did not get back today, so I called them and it shipped yesterday
so for sure tommorrow it will be back and I will start getting the anodized shipped

Randy, I know you already went over this and I didn't catch it, but you aren't doing TRD ones anymore? I don't have the money right now anyways, but next month, if you are/were, I am willing to get one off you. if it isn't asking too much, can anyone photoshop what a black one would look like?

Thanks Walker. I may not have covered it in this thread, but these are designed to mount
on top of the hood under the vent sandwiched between the two. The bolt holes are somewhat
tight to get started, just try to get all the holes started evenly. Sometimes the studs on the
grill are a little bent soo the inital starting can be tough but when they are seated they should
fit very well.
What ever you do, don't try to force it on or use any kind of whacking device.
If there is a problem contact me and I will help to solve it or replace the part.

Well if you ever decide to do TRD again, let me know. Like any time next month and so on. I have got the chance to see what these look like in person and let me just say, I am very impressed. I seen it on Derrick's car.

The 10 are already made I was saving them for a UK guy but he is busy atm
so I will just order more for him when he needs them. No more TRD wil be made
unless I redraw them to be waterjetted (cut completly through) I would have to put some tabs
on the D so the inside doesn't fall through and I don't think it would look right.

Awe, for real? Well I am glad you are making these, they are quality work and worth every penny. I was just kind of hoping for a TRD one is all. Well if you decide to or not, I will be keeping an eye out and praise to your success in creating a bad ass, unique, and ever so awesome addition to the hood.


EDIT: Oh I see what you mean about the D falling through... I went and looked at the WRC to find out. There is no way to kind of just engrave the TRD without going through all the way? Just inquiring. I know nothing if this type of work. Like maybe the inside is cut through, but there is an outside line of it part of the deflector, but not flush it it, almost like engraved with less material so like, it is engraved?


Or what would it look like with a solid one, but with an emblem addition on it to fill in the blank spot? Like I buy a blank one from you and then I just slap on a TRD emblem to fill in that spot?

Or, the TRD can be cut out, then sheet metal or whatever is used behind it, so that the TRD is then layed over it and given a 3D effect?

Ok, you can call me dumb Randy, it's ok. What is Anodized? Does that mean with something written on it and unanodized mean it's blank where there would be font/text? So it is possible to get a blank one? I am asking, because I am really considering purchasing one next month or prepay for one if I can for whenever you will get more. I can just toss and emblem on it if need be.


EDIT: Nevermind, I just read, I guess it is the color of the finish on it. So can you do blank ones?
