that is a 194 bulb, generic Automotive bulb, but if u wana change your CC panel to blue i would talk to bmj its not as easy as swapping the bulb you need to modify the panel for correct output. (soldering resistors)
really...it's not only change the bulb...? 
Try finding some refractor/refraction LEDs that point in 5 directions. I have some white ones in my dash to compliment my indiglo gauges. They're just plug 'n' play. They're also pretty inexpensive on eBay.

I don't think that's a 194 bulb, I think it's a 74 bulb. I can't remember. But it seems that the CC bulb is smaller than the bulb that goes in the instrument cluster, which I know to be a 194. I'm pretty sure the climate control (and ash tray light, cigarette lighter ring) is a 74.

just what to change the cc panel to blue color..but i haven't thought it's made me vexed.
So buy those bulbs I linked you to, and buy LEDs to solder in to where your climate control currently has green LEDs. (Those bulbs must be soldered in)
Been meaning to do this too and i was researching this forum and found other ppl who didnt solder in leds and kept it simple and put in bulbs (plug and play). check out these discussions

i found alot of ppl recommended superbrightleds.com . they sell normal 194 and 74 leds with resistors inside but i not sure abt the neo wedge bulbs ur looking for but they do sell a variety. best bet is to look at the dimensions of the oem bulb and find the correct fit and look on sbl. its confusing on here every1 saying get different sizes. id recommend buying leds from them, i bought some from them and ebay and sbl quality is by far better. let me know how u go and if u can clarify the dimensions thatd be sweet coz i too want to do this

there is NO direct replacement bulb for the Climate controls... there are a few bulbs that fit but NONE will give you even close to good lighting... only half the buttons will light up... no dial indicators... and no A/C light... only custom job can give you the lighting found in some members pictures

First you HAVE to determine what bulb type you are replacing. Alot of the older #168 or 194 are called T-10 for LEDS. Best place I found was on E-Bay BUT go throgh ALL the pages FIRST !!! ( I bought 10 T-10[194] ) bulbs there, though they came from china for .25cents plus @2.85 for shipping. All worked and alot better than paying @ $7-8 bucks for one !!! (check the sylvania bulb guide for more help determining your bulb) Good luck and hope this helps.I learned this the hard way.

I forgot to tell ya, they have the dropping resistor in them so if it's a wedge bulb, it's plug in and enjoy, but rember that LEDs are directional to power, can't hurt if put in backwards, just remove and reinstall 180 degrees
