Glass is fine, one tab was repaired with structural epoxy. Repair was done with headlight mounted in place as you can see, so it fits perfect.

$35 plus shpping or can pick up if local.

Also have a second headlight (also driver side high) that is in excellent condition (all 3 tabs perfect) but gets condensation inside. Free if you buy the first one, just pay the extra shipping.
