just do like the scrapers do, and put a lift kit on your car in order to fit giant rims... lol
but seriously, based on the size and offset they should fit but you'll need an uber low-profile tire (expect about $200-$250 PER tire!) probably like a 225/35/19 if you can find that.

If you want to sell your 18" TRD rims I would gladly take them off your hands as long as shipping isn't a problem
