if you're going to buy new shocks. you can get the sealed ones for replacement.

but to answer your Q it looks sealed to me.

hmm what he said. they looked sealed. my shocks didn't look like that when i did suspension upgrade.

your front aren't sealed.
They are normal.

when you buy KYBs for the front and rear, the front are just inserts and the rears are the entire assembly.

I ordered sealed rears and inserts for the front as kyb australia doesnt sell the front sealed they just sell inserts so I was afraid Id have to wait another couple of months before I could put them in haha.

This thread would actually be good as a sticky as its pretty hard to find pictures of sealed and non-sealed.

Yours look like unsealed because you can detach them. Dustin's pic shows the sealed version.

Correct, I missed that detail on the rear, that is why the rears are sold entirely as the assembly.
