so it finally happened. On my way home from the airport today, a rod finally gave out. *sigh* So we discussed that if costs becomes too much to fix, we'll just get another car and sell. *shrug* We'll just have to wait and see how things go.

So, Keri and Joe, I'll probably be heading up your way this weekend to check out an SC300 if the seller responds back to me.

stephen - have you had a chance to scan in the maps yet?

i'd like to go ahead & get the routes planned out & then i can work with mixmaster in austin to figure out a good meeting place.
i'm thinking it would be good to meet up @ a parking lot somewhere so everyone can get together, eat, get cold drinks & fill up on gas so once we're all there we can just head straight for the twisties at a certain time & no BS-ing around.

As I said before, the scedule is just one I threw out there. You will notice next to my name I posted the dates I will be free and that I am flexible enough to change if need be - please do the same so that we can keep track of who can go when and setup the actual date to acommodate the largest group of attendees
Now I know some of you that have come in the past have now moved on from your Celicas but it would be retarded of you to think that you aren't welcome back just because you no longer drive a Celica - bring the new beast and let's see how it stacks up.
Also I need anyone who kept their map from the Supra cruise late last year to scan and post it up or else to send it me and I will do it for you.

well i can't find the maps & nobody else can either.
we need to get organized & either do it on the date posted or push it back a couple weeks & get our isht together everyone who was helping to plan this event.

we've been working on Vadar & he is getting closer to being ready.

we pretty much need to know now if this is going to happen or not b/c joe has to be able to ask for the time off from work.

I have a couple other people here with MR2s, 1 guy with a RHD GTO (Ripley knows him), There's another All-trac here the ST165..I'll try to email him. He was selling the car last I heard though....
