hey guys got a problem with my tail lights when i signal it would sometimes work fine some times lag and then just freeze and not blink at all. does anyone know what the problem is?

Or perhaps water in the sockets -- freezing temperatures cause the water to expand, breaking the contact. Try cleaning the bulb and socket, then re-installing with a coating of dielectric grease to keep water out.
