Careless driving? Is that something like Reckless Driving or Inattentive Driving? You need to explain fast.

That sucks, I almost got a ticket for excessive speed in a parking lot and failure to yeild. At the head of the warning notice it said careless driving. If thats a crime then every old goat behind the wheel better start watching their backs cause 5-0 is after them >>

Please Explain, I want to here what happend.

So me and a few friends are crusin home from a tractor pull. (bad ass my friend got first place in the modified division. runnin nitrous on his sierra) but anyways were goin down a backroad and my friend caught a cops attention in his 95 ss camaro with a 350 in it. (dyno says he can run 12.5 with perfect shifting) So were just ****in around and he pulls up next to his g/f, so i back down so he can get back in the right lane because cars are coming and a cop lights it up. He was following us for about 5 miles with his lights off watching everything. He pulls up next to me to get the camaro and practically runs me off the road. So we all pull over and he writes us all warnings, then he tells the next cop to pull up that he only wanted the camaro and since we all pulled over it was an "admission of guilt" (i coulda kept goin scott free but he cut me off) Then the 2nd cop goes, **** it give them all tickets. So we all get 86 dollar tickets. But cant I fight it because He didnt wanna pull me over, but since he cut me off i had to pull over, then he straight up told me he was goin for the camaro? I just dont want my parents insurance to get jacked up, they are pissed enuff.!

I got no problems with me parents, or my driving skill or cops, the other day when I went out racing a Silvia/200SX S13 I took my dad, and he started the race, so I got Cool parents. P.S I lost the 1/4 mile but had the 400 meters and 1000, but he got lots of parctice starts on me.

Ive talked to my cop friend, and he told me to fight it. What do i need to be prepared for in court? I think on big thing was the speedlimit was only 35, and we werent speeding, so i couldnt have been doin anying REALLY dangerous. Please help me on this!
