riser blocks - 6G Celicas Forums

Well guys.... my blocks just got in to work today.... factory risers! The look awesome feel awesome lol smell awesome...... just letting you guys know pics will be up shortly the should be installed around 5
Blocks install took 15 mins.... lol I read some where and hour plus for install.... lol but yeah all done pics later as I'm at work .... gotta love factory parts
Yea, the hardest part of installation is getting the screws through the holes...you sometimes lose the screw off the end of the screwdriver, but other than that it takes a short time.

Lol I'm at my job so I used my impact screwgun....it has magnetic tips
the way the OEM blocks come apart is awesome, it makes it VERY easy to install them. i was amazed when i saw jims when he sent them up for paint, i had no idea thats how the OEM ones were at the time, i thought they were broken!! haha

I didn't realize there was a difference....which part come apart?

here goes some pics











the bottom base that attaches to the hatch is one piece, and it is held to the top portion by 3 screws. i noticed that the oem blocks are heavier, stronger, and are slightly designed differently because of the way the two pieces are attached together.

you have factory blocks also?
yeah i have two sets.. im thinking of getting rid of my red ones and try out the oem black.

oh cool if you dont mind me asking how much did you pay.........and 2 in the write up why did you cut the peg? they fit with them fine

i got them for relatively cheap, but they're used.
