Lately I'm getting this strange sound whenever the car is warmed up. It sounds like somewhere between the wheel well plastic rubbing the tire, and the transmission grinding. I took off the wheel to see if anything was amiss, but everything appears fine. CV boot is intact, no leaks. I had my transmission fluid replaced but that did nothing (except let me shift smoother). I hear it when braking and accelerating.

Any ideas??

It seems to get quieter when I push the clutch pedal to the floor. Could it be the clutch throw bearing??
