Well get pulled over for no turn signal. officer smells Mary J. and Im arrested for possession of Marijuana. It was my first run in with the law so. . .I also had like a beer and a half which he smelt on me...Gives me no breathalyzer just a follow my pen test and writes me a ticket for DUI...I was not drunk at all, but I guess im a dumbass for getting pulled over with weed and beer breath...after dropping 400 I had my car back and bailed out...now the fun part .....court : (

DUI doesn't necessarily have to be alcohol. Driving Under the Influence could be anything that would cause impairment. Good luck with the court hearings but be ready to pay your dues because you took the first step.

Take the hint. Don't be doing that stuff. You're asking to kill yourself and everyone else out on the road by driving under the influence. You drive a Celica. It's one of the smallest cars on the road. Drive that thing into a minivan head-on and found out how well you fare.
