eBay, there are both the shield and blue dragon on there from Malaysia (I think or was it Indonesia?). A pair can run you for about $60, but they are new. They even have the white on the shield. I got an old one without the white. Thought I wanted those on my car but truth is, I am quite fond of the Toyota logo.
