I am about to finish my 3s swap, but I was wondering, I have a 3rd gen motor and wanted to know if a koyo radiator for a gt works with this motor?

What do you clean yours with? Mine has spots on it and they do not wipe away. Does chrome/metal polish work? I have used some on my exhaust and it took all that crap off of it.
