Riser Blocks ???? - 6G Celicas Forums

Topic #64878 10 posts Started by ASenna
I have a JDM 1994 Celica GT,
Where can I get hold of some Riser Blocks without them saying GT-Four on???

Cheers
Why not just buy the common GT4 blocks, and fill in the GTFOUR "logo"

you have three options to go:

1) buy set with letters and shave it (I have done this for my car... works fine)

before:

after:

2) find someone who sells fiberglass copy w/o letters...

3) buy them with spoiler... Toyota never sold raiser blocks w/o letters alone. Only with two post spoiler and only in Japan.

And since you are from UK last one note... if you choose option one or option two be sure you have JDM two post spoiler not Europeand dealer's option part... that European is too short for raiser blocks. See difference below:

No more replicas... This is evolution... This isSS-four:)________[Featured Celica of 6gc.net @ 2010]_________

On ebay :

Blocks and Spoiler on ebay!!

It's US $499.99 buy it now, so if you want it quick.
I've got a set of exactly what you're looking for that I'm selling, Asenna! (assuming you want them in white, then EXACTLY, if not, then near enough!) wink.gif
I advertised them on CCUK not long ago, they're proper Toyota parts (not fibreglass ones) and I had the GT-four text fillered over.
They're boxed and ready to go. pm me if you're interested smile.gif

Not to hijack but malpaso's reply was so detailed - what is the story with the half-height riser blocks? Was that a JDM-only thing?

I have not seen half-height ones OEM so far so I believe it's only invention of someone who makes fiberglass copies... However they are called also "Euro"... and European dealers may do a lot of things to raise sales smile.gif so who knows...

I think the ss-III ones don't have the letters because they use the badges.
