I am needing a turbo manifold with a T3 flange new or used assembled or if i can assemble with a stick welder, i was originally doing the B16 manifold and just cannot find anyone local to TIG it, so i am also willing to trade parts I have PLUS cash for a usable manifold

well the only thing with that is that i know quite a few minor modifications need to be done to the b16, plus the placement of the turbo, so i would rather purchase a cheap manifold used or just something to get the car going, then later try and get someone to do it all where i can take the car later
