but first i need to know about what i need to do first
do i need to set up a paypal account...if so how do i do it?
and who pays the shipping?
does that go through paypal too?

You need approval from paypal to create an account so they know you're not a scammer, and I think that takes a while. You decide if you pay shipping or not, most people have the buyer pay and that's how I'd do it.

i made a paypal account and it was no big deal just verify stuff on there and if youre going to take alot of money id upgrade the account and verify your card so you can recieve and transfer more than 500 a day or whatever the limit is(upgrading is free)
so if you want to sell a an item for 15 add 5 bucks for shipping and of course paypal takes a certain amount...its pretty self explanatory

Heat the badges with a hair dryer, separate the badges from the body with fishing line or dental floss, and then clean up the rest with Goo Gone or Goof Off or something similar.
