okay i found these coilover on (EBAY) woot. and i wander have anyone try them. and what are your expect when i put them on are they going to be good ride or rough ride? should i buy these or save money for the good stuff (expensive) one, like trd, tien and other better brand?

you get what you pay for and a messed up suspension is just as bad as a messed up engine...is getting a drop that important? id wait

either save up and buy good reliable products for your car, or you're better off leaving it the way it came from factory.

I had these coils on my old civic with a set of koni yellows and the ride was pretty straight, IM gonna run the same setup on my celly but im gonna get a camber kit for the celly too.

although i don't have any personal experience with those coilovers but some of my friends who have used them say they are really bouncy (which was a downgrade more or less from stock). instead they went with lowering springs and they said they were much much better.

getting coilovers doesn't always mean upgrading... it wouldn't make any sense to pay to downgrade right? . you're better off with lowering springs.
if you want something with adjustable ride height, save up for the good stuff.. get full coilover systems from a trusted manufacturer.

I agree with this. They WILL be bouncy, I believe the only proven coil sleeves I know are ground control ones. you're better off with lowering springs. In my early days of the celica, I bought an ebay brand similar but I thought twice about putting them on, ended up giving it to my friend who had an accord and damn I hated that ride in terms of ride comfort. When I first got the generic coilovers, they felt cheap just by carrying the package from the Post Office. SoooOOO bouncy. Don't sacrafice ride height over safety.

I got TRD springs after that, ride was awesome and handibility. Just wasn't low enough for me. Second, I got Intrax Springs, ride was similar, but lower, but I had to get new spring bumpers because it bottomed out, after that it was all good. Lastly, I will be purchasing Megan Full Coilovers, heard good things about it for its price. That means I will sell my intrax springs very soon perhaps next month or so.
