I believe it is a GT. In the description it says 94 Celica GT, and typically people don't run the CT26 on a 7afe. Also appears to have rear discs.

EDIT: Also says it has a Supra body kit... but it just looks like a full 404 kit to me.

I just talked with him recently, he wants it for 3.5k with the engine rebuilt "change pistons rings seals water pump;time belt etc u can see in receipt". The downside is that the ct26 is cracked.
