Hey, Yesterday morning I tried to start my car, But it wouldn't turn on. The horn works. I recently changed the battery. It makes this clicking noise when I try starting it. I don't know whats wrong, its either my ignition or something else. Help please. Oh yeah its a 1995 GT Celica
The clicking noise is your starter.

argh weird, I went back in the car found out my battery was gone. Something is draining out my battery. its either the ground "because i parked up the grass", or its my deck. I'll have to replace my battery again "2nd one in 4 months"
Parked up the grass? What does that mean...sorry never heard it.
parking of the grass???? i does not matter where the car it parked. and if you havin to replace batteries often check you alternator.
check for loose connections and corroded cables.

does your winshield wipers, radio and dash lights work when you turn your key to on? if not check the conectors in your main fuse box one black and one white make sure they are pushed completely in.
what kind of "clicking" do u mean?
Battery, alternator, battery terminals. If you have any wires exposed, replace them. I have recently had this trouble with a negative battery terminal. Alternator was replaced 3 years ago and was bad. Also the new one was not putting back into the battery because of the negative terminal, bought a new one for $10. was a pain replacing it because of the bolt near the engine block, but I managed to eat from the tree of might and get bit by a radio active spider which allowed me to loosen the bolt. Just make sure your engine bay isn't hot if you have trouble taking it off. Because you will strip your bolt and heat causes things to expand, like bolts *which are already expanded when you tighten them*, so you can imagine if it is too tight, how much extra of a Behatchi it is to get it off.
