Hey everyone, I'm slowly burning my way through every system in a car to get a more in depth understanding. I feel like I know ALOT, but I want to learn more, so I can make upgrade choices based on more than just recommendations. I've already covered brake systems waaaay in depth so now I want to look into suspensions. I know the basics, as well as some advanced stuff, but there's a crap load more to cover. Can anyone point me to some good articles/books that they like? I know what camber/caster ect are, but im hazy on how adjusting each of these effects on suspension geometry and how they effect the handling of a car. I'd also like to learn more about how different damper setting/ spring rates effect handling as well.
advice is appreciated!
