ok not sure what the stock timing is for the st205? ive been reading alot lately i think im pulling timing thats why my car is idling fine but whenever i push on the gas or try to go somewhere the car will start to backfire and sometime just die. starts to happen about 2k to 3 k rpm? wideband reading is showing me my car is running really rich 10 at idle and while driving underboost it reads really lean 16-17...

so should i advance my timing or retard it??

you shouldn't do either.


you should figure out if your timing is correct to start with. If not correctly set the timing marks, and see if this resolves your issue. If however the timing is correct then you have a different issue.

yeah thats what im tryin to figure out right now what is the stock timing.

i would go search other places but im at work and i cant go to other website. other then the ones i chose..
