oh and wat's the stock size for the door speakers? my gf got me some clarion 6.5" for christmas and i'm hoping they'll just drop in and hook up. lol. Most of the stuff i've read (like Death's how-to posted earlier) deals with adapting and such..
i've been told that they should go right in but it doesn't seem like it from the "stickys." lol. i don't want to start taking the door apart then end up stopping and needing to go to autozone or watever for missing parts

That sir would be a doubble din, and it'll bolt right in. We've got spiffy brackets that hold our single din headunits, and crap-cubbys; that'll be used to mount the new head unit. As long as all the screws line up; then you'll be fine. If that head unit has standard mounting locations, then all will be well.
