Ahh I have a Key less entry system.
On my Key I can Remotely lock and Unlock the Doors.
Will thsi effect and After market Alarm system I want to install?

Your aftermarket alarm should replace this unit.

i had the factory alarm but i didnt have that under my seat
Bomb. If you see a red blinking light coming from under your seat, RUN.
It has some sort of frequency adjustment and two mini antenas....probably is am alarm, doesnt look like factory though.

for keyless entry, it's JDM standard(?) as I've got one and I have the toyota keyless entry key thingy
try locking with it unplugged

Try your toyota dealer, they can look at it and hopfully be able to get you one.
