my front bumper is cracked and i don't wanna fix it, i'd rather sand another one down n primer it for when i get a new paintjob.

bumpers that are in bad/fair condition in regards to paint, please let me know..mainly don't want another cracked bumper :\

i'd prefer someone closeby, Cerritos, CA area or Inland Empire area
