So the first thing I though was, "Hmmm I wonder if seats from a 5th Gen Celica would work in my 6 Gen." Yea I was wrong, but I don't even care, all I'm tryin' to do now is switch the tracks on them, because I don't want my ripped leather crap seats anymore. So all I need to know is how to remove these two parts. Cuz I just don't know how to.

the seat height adjuster knob pulls out, it's held with a snap ring.
the seat lever handle plastic you pry off.
then from there the whole plastic piece behind it comes off.
